Do deer enjoy the company of geraniums?

Most deer aren't fans of this plant because its leaves have a strong smell, taste, and texture that makes them less appealing. But there's a happy medium! Some varieties, like Geranium endressii and Geranium cantabrigiense, are delicious for deer.

I've heard this plant is quite resistant to deer, which is excellent news! Its hairy leaf texture is probably what repels them.

Geranium leaves are a natural way to repel deer because they are strong-smelling and a little fuzzy.
